The Role

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with agency experience that can demonstrate their methodologies and approach to problem solving. You don’t know everything – we encourage every Intergager to grow and expand their skill set at the office – but you do have a thorough grasp of best practices and a keen eye for detail.

You’ll be working with talented marketers, designers, copywriters and digital experts to craft beautiful websites. You’ll have a great understanding of modern UX, build elegant frameworks, work to time frames and have the ability to deliver efficiently and collaboratively. You will be a great communicator and be comfortable to stand up in front of your colleagues and share your ideas and thoughts – you’ll be happy to sit in front of clients and be able to explain your solutions.

You’ll be a creature of habit, ruthlessly checking for quality and ensuring that the work is of the highest possible standards and meets the project objectives.

Your work needs to look stunning and work beautifully across all devices and browsers, so you’ll need to be confident with modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript standards, but most importantly you will be a fast learner that takes great pride in their work – no matter how small a job.
